At the time I didn't know that it was arousal. When I was about 16-ish I started having these senesions while I was riding one horse in particular.
I've been riding horses for almost 9 years now and ridden probably 50+ horses. I have a lot of shame and disgust around this issue* *This is really really hard for me to talk about so please be kind and understanding.
